Scroll down to more tools and go to customise toolbar. And i used to be able to get it back by hitting disable for noscript and having it prompt me to just stop blocking scripts instead of disable the entire addon, but now that trick isn't even working. The toolbar is there but not the safe web icon next to the url in search results;
